How to use

After perm service, rinse hair thoroughly without removing rods.
Mix 50 ml of Neutralizer with 50 ml of water in a non-metallic bowl.
Apply half of the mixture to the rods, ensuring full saturation.
Leave on for 5 minutes.
Remove rods and apply the remaining mixture.
Leave on for another 5 minutes.
Rinse carefully and style as usual.
