Wholesale Prices
The prices displayed on our website are estimated unit prices based on our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). If you require larger production volumes, we will be pleased to provide a customized quotation with improved pricing based on the requested quantity.
These prices include manufacturing, quality controls, standard bottles, standard labels, outer boxes, and palletization. Please note that special bottles or label finishes, printing tools, graphic design and shipping costs are quoted separately.
Minimum Order Quantity
The MOQ depends on the product category:
- Hair care cosmetics: 1,000 units per formula.
- Hair brushes and accessories: 3,000 units per item.
For orders including 3 or more different products, we may reduce the MOQ by up to 50%, subject to project approval.
Samples
Sample units are available at €5 per unit. Customers may collect the samples directly from our facilities or arrange shipping at their own expense.
Standard samples are usually available within 2 weeks of confirmation. For customized samples, lead times will be longer and will be assessed individually depending on the project requirements.
Payment Tems
Our standard payment terms are:
- 50% advance payment upon order confirmation.
- 50% balance payment before shipment.
For approved customers, we may also offer up to 90 days financing, subject to credit approval.
Production Lead Time
The standard production lead time is approximately 2 months from order confirmation.
Lead times may vary depending on production planning, seasonality, packaging availability, and project complexity. We will always provide an estimated delivery schedule before production begins.
