Return and Refund Policy
1. Customized Products
All products manufactured and supplied by Private Labels Hair Products are custom-made according to the specifications, designs, branding, packaging, formulations, and other requirements provided or approved by the customer.
Due to the personalized nature of these products, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has commenced or the goods have been delivered.
2. Manufacturing Defects and Non-Conforming Products
Customers may submit a claim if the delivered products contain manufacturing defects or do not conform to the approved specifications agreed upon in writing.
Visible defects, shortages, or non-conformities must be reported within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Manufacturing defects that could not reasonably be detected upon receipt may be reported within six (6) months of delivery, provided the products have been stored, handled, and used in accordance with the recommended conditions.
Any claim must be submitted in writing and must include:

A detailed description of the issue;

Photographic evidence where applicable;

Batch numbers and relevant product information;

Quantity of affected units.
Failure to notify us within the applicable period may result in the claim being rejected.
3. Inspection and Resolution
Upon receipt of a valid claim, we reserve the right to inspect the affected products and request samples for evaluation.
If the claim is confirmed to be the result of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity attributable to us, we may, at our sole discretion:

Replace the affected products;

Repair the defect where reasonably possible; or

Issue a partial or full refund for the affected products.
4. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover defects, damages, or issues resulting from:

Improper storage, handling, transportation, or use after delivery;

Modification, relabeling, repackaging, or alteration by the customer or any third party;

Failure to follow product instructions or recommended conditions;

Normal wear and tear;

Minor variations in color, appearance, weight, dimensions, fragrance, or other characteristics that fall within normal manufacturing tolerances;

Customer-approved artwork, formulations, packaging designs, specifications, or labeling content;

Commercial performance, market acceptance, or customer expectations regarding sales results.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall be limited exclusively to the replacement, repair, or refund of the defective products. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use, sale, or distribution of the products.
